Who we are

This website is operated by Narmada Seva ("Narmada Seva", "we", "us"). By using this site or donating through it, you agree to these terms.

Narmada Seva is an independent charitable initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body or campaign.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to Narmada Seva's common care fund. They are not payments for goods or services, and no goods or services are provided in return.

We accept donations from Indian citizens through Indian payment methods only (Indian bank accounts, UPI and Indian cards). Narmada Seva is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act and cannot accept foreign contributions.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI credentials.

Tax benefits

No tax benefit is currently available for donations. When our tax exemption approval is in place, this section and the donation form will say so.

Refunds

Mistaken or duplicate donations are refundable within 7 days; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the exact terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction.
